This is a MODERN term used only for about 60 years to describe 7,000 years of “Internal Discipline”. It is the cornerstone of all Martial Arts, and has an endless list of health benefits. People have reported such things as:

How Long Does It Take To Learn?
Qi Gong exercises can be learned in minutes and mastered in years. It’s VERY important to learn from a REAL TEACHER and not a book or DVD alone. This will likely prevent injury and time/money wasted using incorrect methods.

How Much Time Does It Take Each Day?
For general purpose, 15 minutes in the morning is enough. Intense training is offered for those interested in more specific goals. However, in Qi Gong, less is sometimes more.
